What to do

No new tables. Area edit rights = admin, or the Area’s owner_id / area_members in the game DB (read-only). A non-admin “New Area” creates an Area they own, placed on the map by an admin later. Creature and ground property finessing arrives as more fields on the same endpoints and editors — nothing has to be rebuilt for it.

Definition of done

A second account edits the ground of an Area it owns and cannot touch the Village.
